Hello everyone
time for your basic saturday update I spose.
Need to head out and look around at some cars today. Was stopping at dealerships between school and work this week. Found one place that has a couple of cars I like that I could handle the down payment and finacing on. Yesterday I blew off trucking school because when I awoke the rain was like a giant shower head pouring down on my house and I just wasn't going to ride through that, stand in the rain for three hours and then ride all the way back home through it. But fortunately the rain passed by just as I was about to head out for work.
My profile pic suggests to me that I change my name to Dr_Forehead. I have a very big head and few hats will fit me. The only one that have that is actually not too tight is a structureless cloth boonie hat. Sometimes I wonder if maybe my aging process is a bit off. When you're born you have the largest head to body size that you'll ever have, and then your body increases in proportion to your head size as you grow older. So maybe if my brain is outsized for my body size, maybe it is not aging properly and that might account for various things like my short attention span for boring subjects. The overemotionalness and unclarity of my thoughts, my lack of discipline and follow through traits. For my never having been enthused about donating 20 years or so of my time to providing money to a woman so that she could raise a kid or three according to her social mores and the religion of HER choice. I've heard that people with large heads also have a lower risk of Alzheimer's disease, and that also hints at an association between a larger head and a slowed aging process.

My car has a few bids on it, but noone has hit the reserve yet, which is only $498. Hopefully someone will buy the damn thing.

Sunday update
Been a bit of a dipshit today, spent a lot of it looking for the goddamn title for my car that's for sale on ebay. I remember coming across it bu not where I put it. The car has had about 500 visits and it's had 7 bids, currently at $301, with just iver 2 hours to go. Hopefully it will at least get up to the reserve price. Hopefully the buyer will not be to pissed that I have to send for a duplicate title. I wonder if I will ever be on top of the shit I need to have dealt with enough that I'll feel like a grownup.
Other than that I baked some cookies and filled out some job applications for trucking companies.
Theoretically I could test for my CDL in as little as four weeks. But I'm not at all confident of being ready in that short time. I officially have seven more weeks of class anyway. That's it for today.

nobody bought my goddamn car. 2K worht of new parts in it and the highest bid was $300. I could relist it and take the and fuckit i gess it's not going to do anyone any good to hear me whine about it. I've been getting a lot of lessons in humility from the ways in which people have been saying no to me of late. it takes money to make things work in this world and no exception is made for me. and moeny demands that one perform as an Economic Production Unit, and also it helps to have a much better decision making process than mine. Pah.

But I can't have them in MY house. I love my cats I have had for the last 10 years too much to let them get it. I did put an ad out for the others. So far I have 2 responses but no one has actually come by to look or get the cats.
