i bought a henckels professional 7" Santoku Chef's Knife yesterday. i used it, it fucking rocks and i'm soo happy that i bought it.

i have an unfinished draft on my blogsite that i think i may finally unveil to the world. its about the state of movie versions of popular comic books. with the fantastic four coming out soon it seems like the right time. i will have to give it some special attention over the next day or two. it should be up by wednesday.

i am going to clean up our roast duck mess from last night. i am very pleased with the way everything went and i love to entertain and cook for people. if i could just do that, i would be happy again.
