so i'm back. christmas went off without any major disasters this year and i'm finally home again. no weeping mothers, no drunken fathers, no beaten sisters, no angry justin aka dr_john. that may be the first time i've referred to myself by my name on this thing. anyway, things went well with the exception of a few minor flubs, which i will name now:
1) had to calm down someone else's child while they vomitted from alcohol abuse.
2) saw xin, i dislike him immensely.
3) called shuli at 2:30 in the morning, not knowing whether simon was with her or not. turns out he was and the call was short and painful.
4) got sad and a little claustrophobic at an over-packed supermarket and scared my mom a little bit.
5) didn't get to say goodbye to justin, one of my nearest and dearest friends.
6) may or may not have contracted some awful disease from my poor sick little nephew. i the jury is still out on that one but my tummy hurts.
now i'm in my brand new union suit, sitting on the floor, waiting for the time to come when i can get up and leave this place. hang out with some people who make me happy.
i hope everyone's holidays were great, no matter what it is you celebrate.
