it snowed today, so pretty.
i finally went christmas shopping for my family today and i realized something. i love christmas but i hate the actual holiday. the season is so nice, cold and snowy, but the holiday rush and present buying nonsense is painful. i dislike it as a tradition because its based on a religion and i dislike religion because i think they tend to bring bad things out in people and they mask an overwhelming lack of self confidence and moral responsibility in the human race. does this make me anti-semitic? i have no problem with people who believe and i have nothing but hope for our species but i can't help but feel bad for my disapproval of their beliefs.
anyway, i got my neice "where the sidewalk ends" because i the greatest uncle in the world.
