Hay thanks everyone for the kind words and good advice.....

I talked to some people that I respect alot and got some great advice... and basicly I'm going to hook up a friend with that other job.. it's not time for me to leave here... basicly it's a life style thing.. ware I work now I'm verry free to be creative in my pesonal life and I can leave to to intresting one off projects etc... like teaching etc... so I 'm going to stay put even thow it's a bit less cash... and the cool thing is that hopfuly I can get a strugling friedn paid... So I'm going to help land the ediding gigs for this house and then train somone to take over the work... I gess it's just not ment to be... I have enought money to keep the lights on and thats all I need.

Once I figeured that out... it was like a huge wate was liffed... it's not like I'm on some mad trip to come up.. but this job just came to me... I got alot of help from people I consider Mentors and Elders in my life and to them I'm verry grate full... with out thare wisdom I might of found my self being verry unhappy...and my boss here at work is verry relived that I'm not leaveing... I think he was deading traning a new person....

it's monday and everyting is good I had a encrdably rocken weekend... the screening went off verry well and we did not get busted. yes....
