As some of you know I've traveled around states a good bit. I've enjoyed most of my time. I can say though there been a couple times what I would rather been shot than be in some of the situations I've been in. I was in one of those situations today. Needless to say, I'm not too happy. I feel like I'm in frenzy. I feel like I could rip someone apart. The funny thing as nothing actually happened to me.
On another note I'm packing up my stop is a moving to a new house. As I was packing today have found a large bind of which I have labeled "dad." Their reason the binder was labeled bad was because it has every piece of legal information that I have been able to find pertaining to my father. He has his birth certificate, death certificates, marriage papers, and divorce papers, army enlistment papers, land ownership deeds, and a wide variety of reading materials. It's strange to think that one day your life may be summed up in a book on someone shelf.
Aside from today's things are going very well. I do hate packing though. I've told several people I would rather burn all of my stuff than pack it all again and move again.
I watched a movie called the host today. It's an Asian horror film about a monster. It's the best creature film I've seen in a long time. You should watch it. I also bought a movie called the monster squad. When I was a child I rented this movie every week from the local video store. I watched a religiously. Now 20 years later its out on DVD and all I can say is wolf man's got nards. Watch it and you'll understand.
Over the past several months I brought my musical horizons. The funny thing does most of the new bands that I'm listening to sound incredibly like old bands I used to listen to. Most of the new bands sound like joy division, new order, or the Smiths. It affirms my belief that there really is nothing new under the sun. I Gotta tell you though, these new bands rock. I will be updating my music player soon.
I mentioned earlier that I travel a lot. Even though I have a variety of friends and family I sometimes feel like I'll be traveling forever. Even when I'm talking with people I still feel a sense of solitude. It's funny, but when I look in most people it's like I'm in a library and I'm having a good read. This may sound odd and I don't want you think that you and I haven't shared some intimate and real moments because we probably have. Once I develop a real relationship with some one that relationship means more to me than any amount of money in the world and I fight like hell to maintain it even though I am in truth of very solitary creature. But if it's any consolation you're more than welcome to visit me and my fortress of solitude.
I graduated with a select group of people from high school. Every year since graduation, we have all came together once a year to renew our friendship, catch up with each other, and swim in the great outdoors. We did that a couple weeks ago and to those of you that are reading this that were there, thanks a bunch I had a blast. All in one last thing, I hope that stain comes out.
