Ahh, Valentines Day, My 2nd favorite day of the year. The first is Halloween mind you. I hope everyone had a fucktastic Valentines Day. Mine was great. I look back over the years, especially in junior high and high school and you would be amazed at the often silly things I did to get Valentines Day dates. I remember in 9th grade I was a high school freshman. I convinced the teacher to give me a minute to speak. I stood up in front of the class. I broke out this huge Valentines Day heart full of chocolates. I went around the class and gave every girl in the class a chocolate heart. I then told them "you all now have a piece of my heart." I then wrote my phone number on the chalk board and told everyone I didn't have a date for the evening. I heard plenty of "aww", and saw puppy dog faces in the class. It didn't work. I was alone that night. When you don't even live in the same city as the people you're trying to pick up and you don't have a license yet, driving to their house, taking them out to dinner or crawling into their window is a bit hard to do. Now I know there are a lot of Valentines Day haters out there. It may be because you don't have a date, or because you hate how much the stinking hallmark cards cost. I promise you though, one day you'll spend it with someone you care for and it'll change your mind about Valentines Day. Or you could just use the day for a series of hot and steamy meaningless sexual encounters for the rest of your life, whatever suits your fancy.
