So what's been shaking. Life as always keeps going great here. I had a bit of an odd day last week. I have to travel in the community in my job. Most times, its a very safe trip, last week though I had to go to some of the less safe places in Chattanooga. I made the mistake of not locking my doors and sure enough, as soon as I stopped at a stop sign, a hooker/carjacker jumped in my passenger seat. She put her hand in her pocket and demanded I drive her a few miles down the road to an abandoned block. I had a pretty good sense it was a car jacking, so I told her no. She was a bit surprised. She shook her hand in her coat pocket, and I repeated "no". I had a pretty good sense that she didn't have a gun there. Anyways. After a moment of staring at me, she tried to get me to purchase her services. I didn't want to insult the two tooth thing, so I told her "no" again. She assured she was "good" and I again said "No." At this point she broke down and just begged for cash. I gave her a couple of bucks in change and told her to get out or I was calling the cops. Her shaking hands made a cup and I dropped the quarters into them. She opened the door and ran off. I lock my doors now. I guess thats the point of the story.
I've been having dreams about my old friends from high school. Were all in a fun house. I don't know what it means, but I've been having them. It's not the sort of funhouse you walk into and know its a horror movie with a real freak hiding behind the corner with a knife, but rather the boring kind of fun house with painted walls and neon lights that churches put on during Halloween.

Do you now people that cuss every other word? I do. I also know a man that says the word "penis" every six words. I used to cuss like a sailor. I don't anymore. Most of my friend do and I do occasionally, but not anymore. I used to do a lot of things I don't do now. I'll be honest, I was very fun in high school, but I was a bit shallow and inconsiderate. Funny how things change over time.
Lets talk about ESP. Mind reading. You may not believe in it.They have done thousands of test in which a person holds four cards, looks at one of them, and then another person looks at the card holder and "reads his mind." Starting off, people have a 25 percent hit rate. After 30 minutes, it goes to 33%. Thats a better average that Tylenol. Statistically, you have a better shot of having ESP than Tylenol working. You may think its crap, but I took a semester studying it in paranormal psychology. I don't know if i believe it, but I know it works better between bonded people.
Well its about time for me to go wake up a bit and start the day. Take care of yourselves and be good to one another.
