Oh you've got green eyes, oh you've got blue eyes, oh you've got grey eyes
It snowed today. It was beautiful. I was typing reports when it began to come down. One minute it was sunshine. The next it was heavy snow falling. It didn't stick, but it didn't matter. I enjoyed it. Well as some of you know, I've the Nintendo Wii. its a blast. My friend Dvin came over the first night and we played it. It's amazing. Its also easily the most fun console system ever. Imagine a friend and I jumping around the living room playing with wand controllers. Fun I said. As some of you know I've been on a trip over the weekend. I searched Wal-Marts across states just to find an extra controller.
Its late at night here. I'm a bit tired, but not too bad. Here's the thing about TIVO: Yeah you can record a bunch of crap, but since you know you can, you set way too much up to record. I'll never watch all of this stuff. I have star trek episodes and old horror movies, not to mention the new stuff that comes on every week to watch. I'll never watch it all. Furthermore, knowing I have to watch it so I can erase it makes me not want to watch any of it at all. TIVO is slowly killing TV for me.
I wonder what you're doing where ever you are. I used to want an overseas pen-pal when i was younger. I dreamed of a balloon floating here form Asia or Europe with a name attached to it and an address. I would read the address and begin a lifelong friendship with the asian/ European, Indian, Hawaiian girl that would eventually blossom into a romance full of passion and hardcore sex once we were much older. The internet has killed the pen-pal idea for me. Why write letters when you have email? I'll tell you why. It's more personal. I have every letter I've ever received that was hand written by a person. Some are from junior high, entwined with hearts and roses drawn on the back of the envelope. Some are from old friends long gone. It means something that someone took the time to write a letter and mail it. So I keep it in my memory drawer.
Well I'm off. There is a cheese danish awaiting me. Take care. P
