on the way home from work i was listening to bright eyes digital ash in a digital urn. i have not listened to this cd in awhile and it put the biggest smile on my face. it reminded of the summer a couple years ago, when it was in my rotation. that was one of the best summers i've had. it seemed like there was always something to do... beaches, parties, ballgames, shows, whatever.... i was always on the go with something fun to do. life seemed good.

then last summer one of my best friends (someone i've known since 2nd grade) committed suicide. it put me in such a deep depression and i was a wreck.

yeah... i'm hoping this summer is better.
