I'M SO PISSED RIGHT NOW! 
I bought a plane ticket online. I accidentally had the departure date set for the day AFTER I wanted to be home.
So I call the internet site and try to have them change my departure date, but instead, they cancelled my ticket, said they would refund my money IMMEDIATELY, and then they would re-book my flight.
I was then told to get back on line and re-book my ticket. When I tried to do just that, my account had not been refunded. When I called back to ask how long it would take to get my refund, I was told by a different rep it would take up to 30 F U C K I N G DAYS!
So let's recap, I spent an ass-load O' dollars on a plane ticket home, then it gets cancelled, and now I can't get home...
