well i am back in kansas...

i had a really good time in arizona and it was good to see the SG friends that could make it out to jupes...

it was also good to meet some new friends out there...

well i somehow left my running shoes in arizona so i had to run 4.5 miles this morning in shoes that were two sizes too small...i can't even begin to tell you how much that sucked...
