Hmmm, as the cold weather starts kicking in, I find myself more seriously contemplating change in my life. There's a few nagging things that have been on my mind this past year, but I've been busy out enjoying the weather and being non-productive.
Today while I was out and about town, I found myself regretting not bringing a pair of gloves. I guess I'll find myself spending a bit more time indoors soon.
Soo.... It seems it's time to work on my own personal to-do list.
Firstly, I need to continue working on my bad habit of playing it overly safe. I need to be a bit more willing to take risks. Heck, maybe I can count the tattoo this friday as a start on that change.
Secondly, I need to finish retooling my resume, and find myself better work OR I need to fix my position where I currently work. It's only part of my duties where I am now, but despite that, I am their sys admin. As such, my wages which dont even let me hit middle class....Well, I'm being taken advantage of. I need to change that.
I suppose lastly, I need to meet more people. I enjoy meeting people, even if it does make me nervous at the same time. But not only do I need to meet more people, I need to actually make effort to keep in contact with them. I'm too much the hermit.
Sooooo, take more risks, create new job satisfaction, and meet more people. Wish me luck! Or maybe motivation, that may be better.
