making progress on my vegas track. 
the bitch will be enforcing the license. I'll release it for free but no commercial or promotional use is allowed without a license. I did that with my long beach track and found dan wheldons team using it illegally at the LBGP for promo use without a license. I wrote them a cease and desist, which they agreed to but vegas will be tougher. Every convention that has cars has simulators at it so i'll have to attend CES and SEMA just to police its use. Not to mention any casinos that choose to use it.
