So, a few of my friends are in the indy500 today. Townsend bell, Oriol Servia and justin wilson. As I type this, they are both still running which is surprising with how dangerous those cars are. Attrition might get them in the top 10. edit: now justin is out.

Got my spa back and running. Its helping since I'm back to running 3-4 times a week now.

Off to a BBQ later today. 21 tri tips and a keg await me.
