"yeah," i shyly replied back. "briefly, but more than once. the first time, we were coming back from the bar, who inexplicably stopped serving at 1:15. i put my hands behind me and expected her to give me a low-five, but she held on. the second time was to help guide her through the crowd on the dance floor. the third was as all four of us were leaving in the car. the last was when lucas was driving to her house, and you two were talking. she said something, and i shushed her and put my finger close to her mouth. she drunkenly said, 'don't shush me,' and her eyes and hand followed mine, and she placed hers on top for a little while."
