So last week I went to see Miles Hunt (of The Wonder Stuff) in Liverpool and it was great... I was dateless but fuck it - I don't think I would have enjoyed it as much had I not been alone.

I really am increcibly lazy but I mentioned in fpkk's journal a week or so ago that I'd come up with a new character and was going to do a webstrip with him... of course my initial gusto (basically a lunch hour spent with a biro and a notepad!) wore off but I like the idea of trying to do something so hopefully, if I can find time, I will do something with the two guys I doodled into existence... Badly Drawn Goth and Steve (his flatmate)...



Now for anyone who thinks I may be making fun of goths - I'm not! If anything I'm making fun of myself (even though I'm not technically a goth). Essentially the strip (if I ever do it) is basically a one-joke kinda thing... basically Badly Drawn Goth expressing himself and his interests in his own thoughts but when he comes to express himself verbally it goes tits up... essentially he is me! Will the idea work??? Who knows - but I already have a few written it's just a matter of drawing them!...
