Today was a nice day, I got to call home and talk to Naomi which is always a great thing. I am still a bit homesick but it always helps to talk to her.

It looks as if I may still be going home in Augest as I will be reassigned to 1st Marines. Which will put us back in California.

I think things here are calming down and the assumption is that though we are postering we will not be going into Iran or anywhere else just yet. I hope not I am ready to go home.
