UPDATE: i have the answer to my "why?"!!!....it's LUST...pure and simple...hahaha...like, duh!....did it really take watching part of "monkeybone" plus sum gin 'n' juice (snoop's fav drink according to the super cool mr. LarryMillah) to make me think of that?!?!?!?
