So, the fucking plumber shows up at 7:30. Basically tells me that the plumbing I have is shit. (I am paraphrasing. He was actually very helpful and courteous.) and that if I am lucky, he can rebuild my frigging Moen piece of crap-shit (He said always by Simmons.) for only $200-$300 by Friday at the earliest. If he cant do that, he recommends that I join a gym and knock $1000 off the selling price. WHAT THE FUCK?!?!?!?
