Soooooo this weekend i:
-ruined a perfectly good white shirt with quality theatrical blood, complete with handprint over my left tit (the favorite tit)
-walked around for 14 hours (i shit you not) in a school girl outfit
-Took more pictures with more strangers than i could have ever imagined.
- Got a front row seat in the hentai dubbing panel and had a fucking blast when i gave it a go. Best line of the night "Watch those teeth or you'll be leaving without em"
-Got drinks with the people who ran the hentai panel at houlihans afterwards
-Played a random apples to apples game in the table room?
-met the guy who did the original english dub of Vegeta from DBZ and Ryuk from DeathNote. Ridiculously fun guy and a sharp wit. Ad Libs are the best
-Anime rave...with Bowser?
and many more random things, with plenty of beer and sake in between, but with all the shit we did, i never really got a good buzz going. Had an awesome room with fridge and microwave and the best bed i've slept on in a while. Also, i had some professional pictures taken while i was there, they came out awesome, so i'll scan a few and maybe upload em here. Took one with my philly friends jay and kim too, it's pretty funny actually, so i can wait to see that one either. I'm afraid of how many pictures of me are going to be spread all over the interweb now because i seriously was in the expo center no less than 5 minutes before a guy came up and said OMG Battle Royal and took my picture. that was the trend the rest of the day. it was insane. One vendor told me check out the horror convention at the crowne plaza but i never made it over, i was totally beat. It was an experience, i had fun.
So i just got home not too long ago and my lovely little sister has given me this link of what we shall be doing this October. The ultimate bonding experience for us! It's Alive! Zombie Fest 2008
