So my back feels like it's been drilled into, but i'm feeling a lot better about the future, at least for the moment anyway.
i had a lot of free time today, so i did some more apartment hunting and i'm pretty settled on a few places. One place in particular is Bristol Arms Apartments in Iselin. it's right by work, one bedrooms are huge and the rent is not bad, and the included utilites and amenities are decent enough. after doing a bit of pseudo budgeting, i figured i'd have between 600-800 left in savings each month after rent, utilites, food and so on and so forth.
not too bad, but i'm still keeping my options open.
also, amanda has talked me into doing a drastic hair change. i'm excited about. i'm meeting up with her in teh brunfis on wednesday while she's getting her stuff done to discuss how my hair will be done. exciting stuff.
after the hell i've been through and how shitty i've felt this week, it's time for a good ego boost and image revamping. well..not revamping. just a tweak.
also, after some thought, i think after this health insanity blows over, i think i want to get a derek hess tattoo on my back. which piece is still up on the air. it's an amazing style worthy of the prime real estate on my back.
the bruise on my back is finally almost faded out. i was worried my healing rate was compromised after i got my branding done (i know that sounds really stupid, but every cut, scar or bruise after i got it done took FOREVER to go away) but i'm glad that it's almost gone. the brand by the way, looks fabulous.
i'm pretty bored at home still. anyone heard anything good lately? got something weird to share? want me to share anything?
