Im totally bummed out, yesterday I was at Meijers and I weighed myself, Im still at my current weight.

Ive been working out a lot now but how come I havent lost any weight?

This brings me down a bit, unless Im the same weight because as I lost fat I gained muscle?

I wish I felt confident enough to wear a bikini to the pool but not yet.

but all i can do is just be positive and keep working out and try to enjoy my summer

Yesterday Nick took me mini golfing, it was fun, i want to go again but he's working all day now.









Last night Nick also took me to see "The Strangers", it was a good movie, but some things I wish were explained more. But I wont give details because I dont want to spoil the movie for anyone. But its a good movie, you should go see it.


Im bored today, I wish I had something to do
