Last night had to have been one of the more irritating moments of my life. For once, I was actually the sober one at a concert. All I had to do was go to the bathroom, and all they had to do was wait. Simple enough. Noper. I come out and nobody is around. Jesus! Billy Bob's is fucking huge, I'm missing the concert I came to see because I don't want to be left with out a ride. I know the ins and outs of that place, now, more than I cared to. So I finally find my friends and the Bird decides he needs a beer. I walk over with him, telling the rest of the party to wait please.
He's wasted as shit, starts telling me he's pissed cause he thought we came there together like on a date or something.
That would be a noper again, and he didn't like that I was explaining very bluntly that wasn't happening at all. Ahhhhh, I felt like stabbing myself in the eye with a stiletto! That would have been less painful than dealing with a bunch of morons.
We get back to the bar about 115 and everyone's going inside. I headed straight for the car, straight to Taco Bueno, straight to the couch, into my robe, fuzzy slippers and glasses, and just breathed a fucking sigh of relief that the drama was finally over.
