gonna have to fire someone soon. i hate the thought of it. i've gained a few new responsibilities at work recently with a new manager and everything. one of which is hiring/firing people. really not looking forward to it. but it has to be done. i kinda feel sorry for the guy, but at the same time, he's really awful....
