Will someone please tell me something, offer me a phrase, a memory, something to stop my brain from taking random pieces of information and out-of-context snippets of conversation and pasting them together to form hideous, bastardised scenarios where all my friends hate me and that I'm a horrible person and other seriously fucked-up shit?

I want to know what the fuck is wrong with me!! I know that I have friends that love me, that I love and are the best friends anyone could have precisely because they'd tell me if anything like what's happening in my head was even remotely real, but my brain simultaneously knows that and discards it! Why???

I love you guys. And I want to know why this happens to me. It sure as hell isn't your fault.
