wow, so it has been an age

I am in North Carolina for the summer and I don't know how I feel about that. I wake up pretty okay and I stay pretty busy but after being around aquaintences and new people all day I get really tired and a bit down. Eh. I've only been here a week and I am making friends.

this is just my reentry into SG and living not with my family.

Durham's great in the summer, if a little hot. Fortunately, most everyone has a porch on which to catch some shade and drink some beer. The best things are enjoying the absence of drunk spoiled duke undergrads, and the presence of American Dance Festival folk practicing movement all over 9th street. Oh, and the drag king shows at the Basement aren't too shabby either.
