On January 12th I was in a short stand-off with the Eugene Police, due to a dangerous mixture of excessive PBR drinking and an AR-17 rifle. They had to call in the SWAT team and surround my whole block. They ended up charging me with Menacing, coz they were all peeing down their legs. I went to court for the Menacing charge on Tuesday, and the DA decided not to push the charge, as I had a good case and would have probably beat the charge if he tried to take it before a jury. So now the pigs have to give back my AR-17, and a morning star that was also confiscated for evidence, even though it wasn't involved in the stand-off. Hah, hah, hah! Fuct the system once again!
