Take a gander at this footage and tell me what you think -- genuine manifestation of Others or a staged/fake event?
In the interview dubbed over the footage, the witness compares this display to the seminal Phoenix Lights event of March 13th, 1997 -- an event that I suspect was staged by the military.

The clouds in the background of this video suggest to me via the symbolic meanings of their shapes that this event was staged by humans and was not a genuine ET event.
