So we were robbed again the other day. Here is a video, kinda shitty, but nonetheless funny.
I realize it might be sideways, but it should be getting fixed...
Two guys walk into the store and throw a rock threw the glass display cases and start putting iphones in their bags. (oh yeah, the store is still open!! there are customers in there and everything!) The employee hears the glass break and yells and runs from out behind the counter after the first one. The second one stays behind for just a few more phones and then runs. His friend has already made it out and when he tries to leave he runs into the employee and then is tackled by 2 other employees. The first theif realizes his friend is still inside and comes back and proceeds to start throwing phones at the guys who have his friend. One phone hits the first employee in the head and busts it open and blood goes all over the place. The red head employee is on the phone with the police and the black short haired employee is trying to keep the door shut so the other thief cant continue throwing phones or kicking them. It was all a mess. The guy just wouldnt leave without his friend...not because he is SUCH A GOOD FRIEND, but because he knew if he left him he would rat him out. Anyhow, after all was said and done the employee got staples in his head and one theif went to jail. We have a do not pursue policy, however, when one person chooses not to follow this and puts himself in danger then I dont see how the other guys are just supposed to stand around and watch. Its a bunch of bullshit and is going to cause 2 people to get fired for NO REASON other than helping out a friend who didnt follow the rules. I fucking hate corporate assholes. I need a new job. Anyone?

anti- I'm not sure. I think its just instinct? Or so they said...then there was something about like pride and manhood and not liking the fact that someone thinks they can just steal from you and get away with it. Sounds like macho bullshit to me.
