sweet christ, i got sooooo drunk last night. with my dad and his friends, no less. i did roughly 6 shots and had at least four beers. all in the span of 2 1/2 to 3 hours. we went to the local bar where everybody knows everybody. it was funny, i was even drinking with a guy who has a kid i used to babysit for when i was 15 or so. it was pretty fun, but i feel like shit today. and i drunk called joey twice as a result also. (sorry honey) 
tonight, i am off to hang out with my friends from the high school days. i am very excited, and a little nervous. i don't think i'll be getting nearly as wasted tonight though. i don't even want to think about alcohol. uugghhh.
i am also happy i am going to do a little cooking for my little italian grandma tonight. it's good friday, so we are having crab cakes that my dad got, and i am making champagne-feta risotto. it is sooooooooooo good. i don't think my gram believes me when i tell her i am a pretty good cook, so i have to defend my talent tonight. last time i really spent time with her i could only manage ramen and mac & cheese. i've come a long way.
