Things are good round these parts. I have played with my schedule more for next semester and it is pretty good I think. I needed to take a math class and one finally opened up, unfortunately it's way early but I am hoping another block will open up once the semester starts so I can fix that last thing. Only one more semester and I graduate!! It's about goddamn time.
Yesterday I was driving with my roommate and saw these kids fishing in the creek by my house. It is a shitty, poopie creek, where all the run-off water goes. It looks pretty gross, sometimes I take my dog for a walk there and when we walk by it stinks and there is random nasty stuff floating in it. So it led me wonder what are they gonna do? Eat the poop fish? I hope it was just for sport.
Hopefully this week I will make it out to consult with an artist to draw up my next tattoo. I have some pictures I am bringing in to use as examples for the design (I am getting a key on my arm). Nothing big or very elaborate, but of course I am excited none-the-less. I love getting new tattoos.
This site is...interesting I am really fascinated with shibari, the japanese rope bondage stuff - I haven't really tried much but I think it is really beautiful because it is so elaborate. Well, I stumbled across that page and was really tickled at how they did that to a Barbie. (Or as its labeled, Shibarbie!! heh)
I have become really obsessed with the band Arcade Fire lately. Here are two of my favorite songs of theirs. I doubt anyone will actually watch them, but whatever I really love these songs, they are both so beautiful.

I thought about going but it is such a long trek down to Disneyland. Also, to be honest, to someone like me, who has seen them over 100 times, they have been fairly disappointing live the past few years. I guess that is unavoidable when you only play 25 year old songs that you've played thousands of times. Which night are you going (they're playing two nghts, if I remember right)?

You'll love them. They are still really good live compared to any normal band and you will be shocked at how powerful and tight they play. Also, they all still look surprisingly good. I was hoping they'd also play at the HOB in Hollywood, which I would have gone to, but Disneyland is like 60 miles from my house.
