I just found out about this. I love Nightmare Before Christmas and Fiona Apple is pretty much amazing, so when I found out about this:

it put a smile on my face. Even though it's a sad song, Sally's song's my favorite in the movie. So so pretty.

I am getting excited about the X-mas party. I love Christmas. Mostly the soft pretty lights and garland. I am a sucker for that type of stuff. My house is all decorated for Christmas - well, the inside is, I still need to tackle putting up the lights outside this week. I have so much going on, I have finals this week and early next week, plus a garage sale I am trying to throw together. I am going to be very happy about mid December. Almost there.

I got animal crossing again, so I vegged out and played some of that today. Ah, my adorable made up little world is back. Having no life has it's benefits

Also, one of my all-time best friends Lisa is planning to come visit me. I have known Lisa since I had first moved to Houston when I was 12. She was one of the first people I met and we still are great friends. She is still in Texas, but last time I was there over the summer she and I spent a ton of time together, even road-tripping to Austin. Now she wants to come visit me and I couldn't be happier. She gives great gossip I am thinking spring break so we can do a little traveling.
