i decided to skip out on the job today. not especially hungover or anything, just woke up in a funk. can't seem to shake it. 
oh well.
ladies night was last night - that was pretty amazing. what happens at girls night stays at girls night, but i can say that it was one of the funniest nights i have had in a long time. awesome group of ladies we got living here in arizona.
i just got a phone call from my pal jackie who i met when i went to china. he is a student that was learning english while i was there the summer before last. well, he is one of the rare lucky people that managed to get a visa to come and study in america.
he is not here in arizona, but he called to (very politely) ask if he could come and visit with me during part of the christmas break. YAY!!! that is really wonderful news, jackie is one of the best friends i made while i was in china. he is so funny, he is trying to sound american so he keeps talking about how things are fucking this or fucking that ("it is getting fucking cold here!") hahahahaha, he is hilarious. i am happy to have him visit.
ok so i am bored. entertainment will come in the shitty form of working on a paper later today. but i will treat myself with a couple episodes of lost to balance things out. goddamn beautiful sawyer.

That Dead Milkmen paper doll is awesome! I'd print it out and try to assemble my own just for shits'n'giggles, but you would be amazed by the kind of havoc I can wreak with a pair of scissors and some glue. It isn't pretty.
