im on day 3 and really feeling good and so glad i've ditched those fags,yay!!!!
with all my money im saving im getting the mother of a backpiece done so i cant wait for that-

I gave up at the begining of the year after smoking for ten years so i know it is hard, but it is so worth it in the end . In a couple of weeks you will notice that you dont smell of them anymore and then your taste comes back(like just silly things like putting too much salt on your food)
It is a very hard thing to do to give up smoking, and you should be extra proud of yourself!

i have been doing pretty much the same regime as you for a while, except i been gettin drunk on vodka and coke, redbull makes me ill, i allways get really bad stomach pains and feel like shit on redbull. i have been laying in till 12 practically everyday as i have no job still. oh well ill start looking soon. maybee.

the new tattoos look great honey!! last week really was fab! and this one looks like it's going to be just as good! i'm at kit's house at the momento, and soon we're heading out to the park with a huge hamper of bbq stuff! tomorrow i'm zoooooming home to go see charlie and the chockie factory, before heading off to birmingham to see my girlie and spending the weekend buzzing around the south of england for her 21st! at some point i need to ring work and tell them about the "awful back injury" i have recieved, which will prevent me from working this weekend. teehee. oh i'm naughty!! i'm also very poor - this week was meant to be a relaxing one...THAT didn't happen. so maybe next week...
