So, my day started off fun! I was sleeping quite well for once in my bunk on the truck when my co-driver, Daniel, yelled at me to hold on to something. Of course, in the back of the truck, there is not much to hold onto; so, I managed to brace myself against our storage space while we slid on some ice and into the median we went. Turns out that there was a jackknifed truck ahead of us that another driver just had to stop and see! So, rather than slam into him, Daniel took us off the road.
Just so everyone knows, rubbernecking is fucking dangerous for everyone!
Anyway, after a lot of waiting around for wreckers and repair people and police, I get to chill in a hotel tonight in Abilene, TX. So, I'm going to dye my hair whilst I have a bit of free time!
