i dont even know if anyone is going to read this but whatever, today i was celebrating christmas with my family, because i am going back to work at the balsams grand resort hotel next week which is like 4 1/2 hours away and ill be living there. Anyways, i was saboring a bottle of champagne, which where you use a knife like a chef knife to break the ridge where the cork is in the bottle a really cool trick which i have done so many times. Well today was not my day i went to do it and the blade bounced off the ridge the hit my hand hard, cutting through all flesh through most of the tendon and chipped the bone no i have a fucking useless hand and since i am a chef-in-training i kind of fucking it since it is my fucking cutting hand, dammn!!!!!! so now tomorrow i got to go to a specialist and then call my chef and explain things his gonna be totally pissed, and probably fire me and i have no health insurance either so i fucked so much and should just throw myself into on-coming traffic i hurts so much to do anything like right now i'm using my middle finger to type on my right hand it's fucked. Middle fingers, not just for saying hi anymore.
