WOW!!!
I just read my last entry over a year ago...Man was I pissed. Alot of things happened at that time that were fucking with my head and it hurt, but im much better now. I got a big decision to make about 2 years i began my apprenticeship to become a chef at the Balsams resort. on the off-season i ruined my hand and wasnt even sure if i could do it ever again with my hand all fucked but it got better and now im ready to go. Unfortunetly, the Balsams was purchased but TD Banknorth and they changed it and I dont know if they even hold an apprenticeship now. But no matter I've been fucking off long enough. Its time to get back to business APPRENTICESHIP at the Greenbriar Resort Hotel in West Virginia. I have an interview there in a couple of weeks to work there for a season before i'm allowed to apprentice. The executive chef there is a certifed master chef (CMC) They're no joke they dont fuck around. I wanted an education and ima fucking get one. and IM FUCKING READY AAAAHHHHH!!!!
