I <3 banana smoothies! OK, so it's actually a banana milkshake with vanilla ice cream, but come on - it's soya ice cream, and soya milk, and there are TWO bananas in there. So if you look at it that way it's totally healthy. Although I'm feeling kind of sick after my second
