very soon i might be unemployed! 
today at work was busy as hell. like i'm sure the people there stayed til 8. and we're supposed to get off at 5:30. a little before 3 i was talking to one of my friends, and told her that i wasn't staying late. this other guy that works there overheard. i came back to where he was a few mins later to grab something, and he joked around asking if i was gonna stay late. i told him no, and he already knew i would say no. but his girlfriend (who is an awful bitch) was standing around also when he asked. she asked what my reason for not staying was, and i told her, i didn't have a reason, nor did i need one. and walked off.
my guess is she went up to my boss and complained that i wasn't going to be staying to help get all the orders out on time. so around 4..my boss stops me as i walk by him, and asks what time i plan on leaving. i tell him 5:30. he asked why, and i told him i had stuff to do. after that he basically just went off. he told me that that was not acceptable, and that i needed to stay until all the orders were finished. that i had a job, and i damn well better stay and help do it. i nodded my head and walked off.
i paced myself perfectly, to where i looked busy, but finished what i was doing EXACTLY on time. at 5:30, i walked out the door. and i KNOW bill saw me. i caught half of an evil glare before i turned and preteneded i didn't see him.
tomorrow, i assume once i clock in, (free 2 hours pay. haha), i'll be called into bills office, and he will let me go. HOPEFULLY.
i can't wait.
