Back on SuicideGirls. I've been off of here for a few years. Decided it was time to get back and appreciate something beautiful.
It's been a long road these last several years. A lot of ups and downs. Seems like lately there have been more downs that ups. But we are getting ready for a brand new year and that is bound to bring some positive changes.
Reflecting back on the past year, I really don't have a lot of positive take always from it. I'd say the one big one is becoming involved with roller derby.
I joined a women's league as a ref because I wanted to be involved with something. Not just sitting at home wallowing in self pity that I was spending another night home alone. Now this has not been without its ups and downs itself but everything has it's own fair share of drama.
Since joining I've made the decision to skate rather than ref. I still help out with the women's league but skating is where I need to be.
I'll officially be part of Milwaukee Blitzkrieg as of January 2014. Who knows what else the rest of the year with hold. I'm looking forward to more positive growth and maybe a big step forward in my love life. Although any step forward there is a big one.
