One habit that comes to my mind is to workout at home. I used to do it at the Gym, it's great in summer when it's hot outside and you can feel warm either when it's too early and too late, but in winter it's a hell for me as I HATE cold.

So I decided to start at home, about one month ago and I think it's the perfect thing to me: very comfortable, no waiting in case other people are using the machine you need, no rain, you save money and you can choose the music you want.
I'm really proud to have start this habit, now I feel like I waste less time than before!
