You know it is good to hear everyone talking about the great SG exit and airing out everything... This always happens in organizations and any type of group that intends to unite a diverse assembly of individuals with different interests and desires under one homogeneous umbrella... It is complex and difficult to maintain it all together - 100% of the time...
Understand there are many people and many personal goals... All of the SG's are dynamic, intelligent, powerful and independent women... The site is an aggressive, innovated trend setting movement building an operation that is both ground breaking and prone to be copied --- Both interest have the potential to collide and they have... We should avoid personalizing what has happened. There is no need to develop or create a drama, where no one wins... Some SGs have decided to leave - the majority have stayed ---
The site administrators will adjust and the Revolution needs to move forward and continue to grow and develop...
This generation must not to be destructive as the prior generations have been -- Who dissolved their movements of change because of individual interest...
Some will be SG's others will do their thing somewhere else... Those who have left will always know they are SG's....

The best thing that will come out of this is that the membership can discuss the issues... This is a movement, supported by a global membership -non-gender, international and focused on humanitarian goals... This is more important than any individuals interest... In the end this can only help SG grow...
