I had this bad habit when I was a teenager. When I got older, I decided to stop, because I understand that this is bad.
I have not smoked for more than two years, but I have not noticed any changes. My skin did not look healthier, the air did not get fresh.

In Russia, on the packs of cigarettes painted so disgusting pictures. I'm curious, was someone really deadly sick because of this habit? can someone from your friends suffered?
