There ARE some guys, albeit very few, that don't think with just their dicks...but I will say that all guys consult with their dicks at least some time during the thinking process. Even if it's just to like, check to see if it has an opinion or something. 
I think the trick is to find the guys that don't solely use their dicks to think. Consultation is ok, relying on it is totally different.
