I'm all set for school! I will be attending Western University to pursue my doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. I'm extremely excited and cannot wait to start on September 5th. I will not be working because this program is very fast paced and requires 30 hours of take home work per week.
I had my second set taken by Jersey a few days ago, it went really well and she was SO fun to work with. Hopefully SG will think as highl of it as I do.
I can't find my camera at the moment, but I will post pics later.

Also, I am looking to buy some land in the canyons near Malibu because I'm obsessed with lining in a prefab house there. Specifically this one: http://www.mkd-arc.com/whatwedo/breezehouse/twoStory.cfm
Anyway, the issue I'm runninginto is the majority of the lots are not buildable land. Do the realtors HAVE to tell you this info before you buy? Also I want to talk to a contractor to maybe bring with me to look at the lots to see if it is indeed possible to build on. Soooo, if anyone is SoCal knows of any contractors please let me know or if you know of any honest realtors that will not try to sell me a lot that I can do nothing with. Thanks.
