Hi all! I'm in my new place now. The trip out here went off without incident, which is a majorly huge relief. Driving the ginormous truck wasn't as absolutely petrifying as I expected to be, but I still definitely wouldn't have wanted to do that trip by myself. The company made a huge difference. I am so appreciative.
I got a new phone. The samsung instinct. It is basically Sprint's attempt at competing with the i-phone. Because I have yet to receive the wip for the wireless here, it is also what I am using for internet at the moment.
My feeling about this place is already better. None of my 'friends' from Prescott helped me move. When I got here a whole welcoming party had assembled, without me even asking, to help me unpack the truck. It is hard for me to even express how much that meant to me.
I have a strong suspicion that things are going to be good here.
As soon as I get things unpacked I'll take some pictures of my new place.
