AAaaaand....

I saw the kittens last night....Man are they cute. One is mostly orange with some white, one is mostly black, and I think the other is a combination of black(maybe some grey) with white..and this black patch on his(her) nose....

They are just starting to wobble and walk around the house...you really have to call me and we'll go see them

Man, I can't get over how good this rice is! There's a health-food store a few blocks from my place and I now shop there religiously. Theyve got all kinds of rice in these bulk bins and I've fallen in love with this short-grain organic brown rice. It just makes everything taste so much more delicious.

Today's menu: brown rice, sweet potatoes, and italian sausage....

Glad you like that place ! Just watch out once or twice I've spotted a moth in those bins..and if you bring one home with you , it's super hard to get rid of them once they start multiplying...So just keep everything tightly closed up. How do you cook the short grain rice? Whenever I make it, it always comes out a bit watery. The only way I've found it works well is in the oven.

If you have a food processor, you can make AWESOMe mashed potatoes..Regular and sweet potatoes mixed together..Some brown sugar, a little butter, a little milk..some nutmeg. Mmm.
