Been feeling better, way better -- FINALLY!...still Little Miss Coughy-Coughs, but fully on my way to recovery.
Trying to brainstorm Halllowe'en costume...not sure what to be. Last year I wore a lampshade. (I know, my creativity is outta conTROL, somebody keep me away from the sewing machine).
Oh Thunder Bay...I don't miss the place much but I definitely miss the people. With the right people, anything goes, doesn't matter where. Damn. I miss 'em...and the horses...
Then I think of my crew at Red Earth, the job and family I came to love so much. (and CD Plus can f*kin eat it).
I'll be back for the holidays at some point...
On a good note, I seem to be having this trend of really fun part time jobs...now I work at a gym and it's beyond sweet (note to self: watch out for the real world).
I met up with my boss on my first night and he said he had a billion things to do so he threw me the keys and drove away. So for the full 3 hours I was there, nobody came in. Yep, I had the entire place to myself (mind you I had the flu coming on so I couldn't work out) and I just sat around and drank tea while watching episodes of Seinfeld in the "cardio theatre."
