Cory came by today and it made me happy just for him to drop in and chat for a little bit...He's been doing okay, but I've been really feeling for him lately...just concerned about everything and of course, feeling like I'm the cause of a lot of his problems and in turn feeling like garbage...

!! But on a strangely good note, I'm actually excited to go to work today! I haven't been at work since Friday, miraculously getting the weekend off. Our boss was away on his Honeymoon in St. Lucia, but I think he got back yesterday, will be in the office today, likely drinking beer and leaving the smashed cans on his desk for me to clean up later...
Although I can be extremely intimidated by my boss and get weird feelings that he's just going to fire me one day -- hell I had a nightmare about him once -- he can be the coolest guy. So we have our xmas staff party this saturday (a little overdue), which is themed "bowling and beer"...I don't have a date/significant other to bring, which kinda sucks...I think everyone else will be there with somene. Jen wants to set me up with one of her friends but he seems a bit loud and obnoxious...With or without, I think it'll be good times.
